SMARTER STEAK KNIFE

The latest edition to the Victory Knives & The Tattooed Butcher range is this full tang butchers Steak Knife. A 25cm Steak Knife is a staple of all butchers scabbards and this one is as smart looking as you’ll find.

The 3rd knife in the collaboration series between Victory Knives & The Tattooed Butcher, Firstly the Cleaver and was followed by the full tang boning knife and now this full tang 25cm Steak knife.

This knife is made from 2.75mm German stainless steel and treated with the tried and proven manufacturing techniques here at Victory Knives – heat treated to 54 HRC, hand polished and fitted with custom European made composite scales. The full tang provides added weight (250grams) and delivers a smart, hard working balanced steak knife for those bigger cuts.
