The Jarvis Model ES-4 -electrically powered low voltage beef stimulator.
The Jarvis Model ES-4 applies a precisely controlled electrical current (at a low voltage) to beef carcasses producing better blood yield and improves meat tenderness. It also helps to accelerate the lowering of the PH -reducing the aging period and shrink loss (cold shortening) and helps hot boning.
