The 1000-FS is suited for high-volume processing of beef chucks, shoulders, ribs, forequarters, chine bones, briskets, loins, and aitchbones as well as pork chine bones and ham marking. Powered by a 4 hp hydraulic motor inside a compact ultra-durable stainless steel housing. Which means no bogging down, no motor icing, low noise, and instant stopping. More control to the operator. With an adjustable cut depth stop gauge. Featuring a cut depth stop gauge ranging from 3 to 4. 5 inches for maximum control and accuracy cut after cut. The direct-drive motor saves space and further reduces vibration to ensure easy, comfortable handling by the operator.
