Designed specifically for hog skinning, the knife reflects the broad-blade skinning practices commonly used in American processing environments.
The wide blade profile and extended curve allow smooth, controlled strokes during skinning. As a result, the knife delivers efficient separation while maintaining consistent contact with the hide. In addition, the broader blade shape performs well for smaller fish filleting tasks where extra surface area is beneficial.
